Griff Green

Founder, Giveth

A well connected and respected person in the Ethereum community. Community manager for TheDAO, led the cleanup effort for TheDAO Hack from every angle, co-founder of the White Hat Group, which secured the at-risk funds (10% of all ETH) from the DAO hack and also helped secure $210 million dollars worth of crypto assets in the Parity Multisig Hack one year later. In 2016, Griff founded Giveth to use smart contracts to radically empower individuals and communities to affect real change.


Sarah Compani

Legal Advisor, Bitfinex

Sarah advises companies within the blockchain industry on legal matters, including Bitfinex, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges. She is called to the bar in Paris, and has a background working with companies at the leading edge of finance and technology.


Adrián Calvo María

Co-founder and CTO, Coin Governance System

Adrián is a Software Engineer specialized in Blockchain, who has been working on Ethereum since 2014. He is the co-founder and CTO of Coin Governance System, an on-chain governance mechanism to protect ICO investors from scams and bad execution. He is also one of the co-founders of Ethereum Madrid, the main community around Ethereum in Spain. In the past, he has worked as lead developer at Grant Thornton Blockchain Lab and as an editor at CryptoCoinsNew.


Alex Gladstein

CSO, Human Rights Foundation

Alex Gladstein is CSO at the Human Rights Foundation and was Vice President of Strategy for the Oslo Freedom since 2009. He has connected hundreds of dissidents and civil society groups with business leaders to promote free and open societies. He has spoken at various blockchain events about why bitcoin and decentralized technology matter for freedom.

Paolo Ardoino

Paolo Ardoino has served as CTO at Bitfinex since 2015, and is also CTO of Ethfinex. Paolo’s coordinates the development teams, evaluates new technologies, and designs and develops the Ethfinex backend platform in terms of scalability, high-availability, fault-tolerance and performance increase.

Jenna Zenk leads the technical development of Melon, the decentralized infrastructure for tomorrow’s asset management. Melon is a blockchain protocol for digital asset management built on Ethereum. It enables anyone to set up, manage and invest in technology regulated and operated  investment funds in an open, competitive and decentralised manner.


Adithya Pradeep Kumar

Business development manager, Procivis

Adithya completed his Master's in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris with his thesis focusing on the applications of Blockchain and e-Identity to facilitate citizen participation in governance. Prior to this, he co-founded Project Pragati, a social enterprise which worked on empowering the transgender community in India through secure employment and financial independence. Furthermore, he worked in the financial sector as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as Socially Responsible Investing Analyst at Exane BNP Paribas. Finally, Adithya is a published researcher on the topic of sustainability and climate change. At Procivis, he leads business development for emerging markets.


Luis Cuende

Luis has been awarded as the best underage European programmer in 2011, is a Forbes 30 Under 30, MIT TR35 and was an Advisor to the VP of the European Commission. He cofounded the blockchain startup Stampery. Prior to founding startups, he created the world's first Linux distribution with facelogin. He's now CEO of Aragon One, one of the teams working on the Aragon project.


Antanas Guoga

Founder, blockchain centre in vilnius

Antanas Guoga is a well-respected member of the European Parliament who has founded a number of successful international companies. Antanas is known for his efforts in promoting a better climate for entrepreneurship and improving conditions for business opportunities. He is also a founder of the Blockchain Centre in Vilnius - the first international blockchain centre in Europe.

Matan Field is a blockchain researcher and entrepreneur, dedicated to decentralise the world. During his postdoctoral research at the Technion, he discovered the blockchain and co-founed Backfeed to develop the basis for decentralised governance and organisations. Matan is currently the CEO and Co-founder of DAOstack and dedicating his days to bring the first truly decentralised organisation into life.


Vlad Zamfir

Lead developer, Casper Protocol

Vlad Zamfir is a researcher and developer best known for his work on cryptoeconomics, proof-of-stake, and blockchain sharding. Since 2014, Zamfir has been a researcher with the Ethereum Foundation. He is the lead developer of the Casper protocol upgrade, the initial version of which was published in November 2017.

Nicolas Bacca

CTO, Ledger

Nicolas worked on card systems for 5 years at Oberthur, a leader in embedded digital security, ultimately as R&D Solution Architect. He left Oberthur to launch his company, Ubinity, which was developing smartcard operating systems. He finally co-founded BTChip to develop an open standard, secure element based hardware wallet which eventually became the first version of the Ledger wallet.
